About Stelmine
Stelmine is a junior mining exploration company pioneering a new gold district (Caniapiscau) east of James Bay in an under-explored part of the eastern Opinaca metasedimentary basin where the geological context has similarities to the Eleonore mine.
Incidently, one of the largest iron mines in the world operates near Fermont, about 100 km east of our Courcy property. This is a part of the world where big things can happen on the resource front.
STH management team led by CEO Isabelle Proulx has successful track record in the Quebec resource sector and has created a compelling gold exploration opportunity driven by a top tier geological team including Dr. Normand Goulet, considered one of the foremost structural geologists in Canada.
